Unox UK strengthen their customer support with the appointment of a new Business Development Chef
Duncan Parsonage has recently joined the team at Unox UK in the role of Business Development Chef. Duncan has over 20 years’ experience behind the stove, working at private members clubs, hotels and rosetted restaurants, including a stint with Tony Tobin formerly of TV’s Ready, Steady, Cook fame. He also spent over 10 years working for one of the UK’s largest fruit and vegetable suppliers, heading up the food development team and providing menu solutions and innovation for high street branded groups and pub chains.
In this newly created role at Unox UK Duncan will support customers by assisting with menu and recipe development, working on food trials and further product development. Unox UK Managing Director Gary Nunn is excited to welcome Duncan to the team: “With his wealth of experience in food development Duncan will be a huge asset to the Company, especially in being able to support large key accounts as they discover the benefits of new ground-breaking technology from Unox such as the recently launched Evereo.”
A keen runner and cyclist and proud “allotmenteer” in his spare time, Duncan stated “I am really looking forward to joining the Unox UK team and making an impression in this brand-new role. I love a challenge and can’t wait to help support the sales team in driving the business forward.”
